The counter is open every day from 11:00 to 20:00. Custom tier tastings need a booked slot. Express cakes can leave within an hour when the size is already on the shelf.

25 December is closed. Sunday collection after 17:00 is paused for tier cakes so buttercream can set before travel. Some Saturday tasting hours are already taken.
